Hi! I just have a question for you. How did you get in to aquaculture to begin with? How long have you been actively maintaining a saltwater tank? Your tanks are lovely! Very well kept. :)
I’ve been into reefing for 3 years now…. but had my first saltwater tank with fish only since 1994. Best success to aquaculture is patience and water stability. Maintaining saltwater tanks all depends on what you want to keep and how much money you have to invest in. The bigger the tank the more stable but more expensive. I try to do a 5-10% water change on my tanks once a week.
Did a water change and some coraline scraping off the front glass from both tanks. Doing some cleaning on my nano tank did lots of accidental frags that I didn’t want to happen, so I end up transferring them to my 55g mixed reef tank.
Did some coral rearranging….. fishes are pissed off and stressed the eff out though -_-
This is my night light in my room…. sike its too bright and shuts off at 1:30am
So what’s in your reef tank? Here’s my 55g Mixed reef and what needed to run this system.
When the lights are all on. This is what my eyes see.
Cuz I enjoy staring at my nano reef tank laying in bed instead of the TV. I got that TRUE HD quality haha
things are slightly looking better in my 55g mixed reef tank.
Cleaned up my 22g AIO mixed nano reef tank. So far, I’m just keeping things simple as I go and let the corals grow out….
